Phantom camshafts

Camshafts for Phantom 1 and Phantom 2 are being remanufactured. In addition we can supply new cam followers for the Phantom 2 engine.

Silver Ghost and Phantom cylinder blocks

New batches of cylinder blocks for the Silver Ghost, Phantom 1 and Phantom 2 engines are currently passing through our Machine Shop. The Phantom 1 blocks cover all combinations of engines fitted with aluminium or cast iron cylinder heads, and produced originally either in Derby or Springfield, USA.

Parts for Springfield-built cars

We have recently added to our stock the following parts specifically for Springfield cars:
Front spring shackle pins and bushes for the late Springfield Silver Ghost
Front spring shackle pins and bushes for the Springfield Phantom 1 chassis
Water pump spindle for the Springfield Phantom 1 engine
Parts for the late Springfield 1 distributor - cap, contact breaker points and rotor arm

Steering components, Silver Ghost, Phantoms 1 and 2

We are currently manufacturing an extensive range of steering ballpins and bronze and steel spherical contact pads for the steering joints for the Silver Ghost, Phantom 1 and Phantom 2 chassis.

Special thrust bearings

A number of special thrust bearings for engine and transmission applications are in the course of manufacture or have recently been completed:

Flexible transmission coupling discs

Transmission coupling discs with a diameter of 8" are now in stock. These are suitable for later Phantom 2 chassis, and also Phantom 3. We also have in stock coupling discs 6 3/8" diameter for Phantom 1. The 7" diameter coupling for the early Phantom 2 will be available shortly.

Oil pumps

Oil pumps for Phantom 1 engines have recently been completed. A new batch of Silver Ghost oil pumps is currently in production.
